Woodsman Funding Solutions is owned by The Woodsman Pty. Ltd. ACN 006 793 326 as trustee for the Woodsman Funding
Solutions Trust ABN 55 913 727 911.

The registered office is 260 King Street Melbourne Vic 3000 to which all written correspondence should be sent.

James Woods is the sole director of The Woodsman Pty. Ltd.

Woodsman Funding Solutions has some common directorships and shareholdings with eCollect.com.au Pty. Ltd. and
E C Legal Pty. Ltd. and works in association with those companies however the activities of Woodsman Funding Solutions
are separately controlled.
